A spacious grey sand beach popular with families. All facilities are close by and access to the beach is level. Note that the car parks can get full on hot summer days. At low tide the beach stretches all the way to Downderry beach. There are pleasant walks along the Seaton Valley


Directions:
Seaton is 18 miles from Plymouth. Take the A38 from Plymouth. At Trerulefoot, turn left onto the A374. After a mile turn right onto the A387(for Looe). Follow the A387 to Hessenford and at Hessenford turn left and follow the road down the Seaton Valley

Parking:2 small car parks and there is also limited road parking by the beach
